This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been printed or shipped.
- Refunds are made only in this case if the customer cancels the orders within 24 hours of placing the order. In that case, we refund your amount after deducting 2% of payment gateway charges.
- CINET IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests if the order is already printed/shipped. However, the refund / replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the team has checked and confirmed. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of products.
- Make a video while opening the parcel. If you get a damaged or broken package then send us that video within 3 days after delivery and we will examine the video if we find that the video is genuine we will send you a new product within 5-6 days.
- In case of any refunds approved by CINET IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 7 days for the refund to be processed to you.
